It Takes One to Know One
Someone thought it was rude to take a photo during the ANZAC Day dawn service. I thought talking during it was probably rude too. It takes one to know one. 😁

Tough Life
When you know you’re going to have a long day, sometimes you just have to make do with the most convenient place for lunch. Life is hard.

Once a Filipino, Always a Filipino
Becoming Australian didn’t mean leaving the Philippines behind. Years later, I officially reclaimed the citizenship that had always remained part of who I was.

Beautiful Pink Sky
Sometimes you don’t have to go anywhere to find something worth stopping for. I looked outside and the whole sky had turned pink. No hike. No race. No adventure. Just one of those little moments that makes you look up and think, wow.
