Saying goodbye to my little darling, Trick.
I’d like to think she waited until I got home before she finally let go.
She had been part of our lives for so many years — Lexie’s little baby who, right from the beginning, lived up to her name because she was always full of tricks.
Looking back at the old photos now, it’s hard to believe how much life can fit into such a tiny little creature.
Rest peacefully, my little darling.
