People have been commenting that Luna is getting a little chunky, so I bought her an interactive feeder.
Apparently, it’s designed to slow dogs down and make mealtime last around 30 minutes.
Luna had other ideas.
She is so committed to conserving energy that she has somehow stretched a 30-minute meal into a three-hour event.
Eat a little.
Have a rest.
Eat a little more.
Take another nap.
Repeat until dinner is finally gone. 
I’m not sure whether the feeder is helping her lose weight, but it has certainly turned mealtime into a full afternoon activity.
