Clifton Beach Series 1, Race 1.
They say a family that volunteers together stays together. 
So there we were — Graeme, Luna and me — doing our bit for the morning race.
Although, looking back at the photos, I’m beginning to question whether Graeme and Luna fully understood the meaning of the word volunteer. 
Graeme seemed perfectly comfortable supervising from his chair, while Luna divided her time between sitting in hers like event managementand taking leisurely walks along the beach.
Meanwhile, I’m fairly certain actual work was happening somewhere.
Still, they turned up.
And apparently, in this family, turning up counts as volunteering.
