Bath time at our house apparently requires full spa treatment. 
Once everyone was washed, there was no simply putting the guinea pigs back and letting them get on with their day.
No.
They had to be individually wrapped in towels and tucked in together under a blanket like tiny burritos. 
And judging by those faces, I’m not entirely sure whether they felt pampered…
or deeply offended.
Either way, nobody was going anywhere until they were dry.
Sometimes I look at the amount of work involved in keeping these little creatures clean, fed and comfortable and wonder who exactly is running this household.
I suspect it isn’t me.
