Most wives might receive jewellery, perfume or flowers from their husband as a romantic gift.
Me?
I received a GPS Personal Locator Beacon from Graeme. 
His reasoning was very simple:
He doesn’t want me getting lost in the bush.
Considering my history, I suppose this could actually be described as a very thoughtful gift. 
Nothing says:
“I love you”
quite like:
“Please take this so emergency services can find you.”
And unlike perfume or jewellery, this is something I might genuinely need while wandering around remote trails by myself.
So yes, perhaps Graeme does romance a little differently.
But I have to admit…
it’s very me.
